Important safety guidelines to ensure a smooth and secure journey.

Check-in Times

Please arrive at the airport with sufficient time for security checks:

  • 90 minutes: Zanzibar International Airport
  • 60 minutes: Nairobi Wilson, Kilimanjaro, Lamu, Malindi, Diani, Mombasa, Kisumu
  • 30 minutes: All other airstrips

Baggage Guidelines

For safe loading and aircraft balance:

  • 15kg allowance: Including hand baggage (20kg to coastal destinations)
  • Soft bags preferred: For irregular cargo hold shapes
  • Max dimensions: 60 x 45 x 30cm

Prohibited Items

For everyone's safety, the following are prohibited:

  • Explosives and flammable materials
  • Sharp objects (knives, scissors, etc.)
  • Undeclared firearms or weapons
